Who Offer
Teachers/Teaching AssistantsIf you want to talk to share any concerns, or let staff know a change in circumstance, then these staff are available at drop off, or pick up for an informal chat. Appointments with teachers can be made.
Office Staff Mrs Botwright and Mrs Dursi are always available to take messages, or signpost you to the correct member of staff. They will support you in making school applications and applying for Free School Meals if you are eligible.
SENDCo Mrs Chohan-Jones is our SENDCo. If your child has Special Educational Needs or a disability, then Mrs Chohan-Jones will be able to support your child, and you.
Pastoral Manager Mrs Winn is our Pastoral Manager. If you are concerned about your child at home, or are going through some difficult circumstances, Mrs Winn will be able to offer support. 
Pastoral Support AssistantMrs Bailey and Mrs Powell work throughout school supporting children with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs. 
Nurture  InterventionsWe have several staff who run social interventions e.g. ELSA, Thrive and Draw and Talk. These can be in small groups, or one-to-one.

Outside Agencies
Who Offer
Vineyard Church We have a link with Vineyard Church. They will provide food parcels, help find furniture and provide picnic vouchers during the holidays. 
Family Support Team We can complete an Early Help Assessment if your family require extra support. https://www.suffolk.gov.uk/children-families-and-learning
Social Care We work with social care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our children.
School Nurse We can complete referrals to the school nursing team; they will support children and their families
SEND Agencies  e.g. SALT, CISSSchool can make referrals for additional support for children with a specific SEND need.
Educational  Welfare Officer (EWO)Good attendance at school is vital if children are going to succeed. If your child’s attendance is a concern and shows no improvement, then we may refer your child to the EWO service for additional support.
Emergency ServicesThe police and fire service talk to children at school about being safe in the community and at home.
Suffolk Family CarersWe can make referrals for children who are caring for a family member. They will provide support for the child at local clubs and in school.https://suffolkfamilycarers.org/
